Terms
Terms of Service
These terms describe access to the CodeUnlim API service. They should be reviewed with the seller’s applicable legal requirements before public launch. Last updated: October 14, 2026.
Service and accounts
CodeUnlim provides time-limited access to a model API through account credentials and an API gateway. You must provide accurate account details, protect your sign-in links and API keys, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. Access is for the account and package to which it is assigned.
Packages, dates, and payment
CodeUnlim provides prepaid access for a fixed duration. Payments are one-time only. Access expires automatically at the end of the purchased period. There are no recurring charges or automatic renewals. Customers may purchase additional access during the final 7 days of their current period, subject to available capacity; new access can be booked up to 7 days ahead.
A package covers the selected 1, 3, 7, or 30 calendar-day duration, daily access window, selected local start time and time zone, and reserved stream count shown at checkout. Each purchase is separate. The accepted booking defines the local daily window and time zone. Time-zone rules, including daylight-saving transitions where applicable, determine the local schedule. Unused daily windows do not carry forward or extend the end date. Existing access remains valid for its purchased period even when future capacity is unavailable.
Prices and currencies are shown before payment. When available, card details are entered on Stripe-hosted Checkout; do not send card numbers or security codes through CodeUnlim support. A redirect or success-page visit is not itself proof of payment; payment is confirmed through server-side verification.
Reserved streams and service capacity
A stream is a package entitlement that limits the number of generation requests permitted for that package. Reserved commercial stream capacity is not a promise of simultaneous GPU decoding, a specific tokens-per-second rate, zero queue time, or a dedicated GPU. Requests can wait in queue or be subject to admission controls when runtime capacity is occupied. Access is only available during the contracted window and package term.
Acceptable use and security
You may not use the service to violate law or third-party rights, attack or disrupt the service, evade security or usage controls, share credentials in a way that compromises account security, or submit malicious traffic. We may investigate abuse and restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, infrastructure, or legal compliance. Where practicable, we will provide notice through the account contact channel.
Availability, maintenance, and third parties
The service depends on models, infrastructure, networks, and other third-party components. Availability and model behavior may vary; maintenance or incidents can interrupt service. No uptime or performance SLA is offered by these public terms. Third-party model and client names are used descriptively only. CodeUnlim is not affiliated with DeepSeek, OpenAI, Anthropic, or OpenCode.
Refunds, termination, and legal terms
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, subject to non-waivable rights under applicable law. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach, fraud, security risks, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time; packages expire according to their purchased term and do not auto-renew.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. Governing law, dispute venue, seller’s legal identification, and any mandatory consumer disclosures must be confirmed for the individual seller in Thailand before launch; no jurisdiction or legal entity is invented here.
