Refund Policy

Please review this policy before completing a package purchase. Last updated: October 14, 2026.

All prepaid access purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

What a purchase covers

A purchase buys a time-limited digital API access package with the selected duration, daily access window, start time, time zone, and reserved stream count. Each purchased package is independent. It is prepaid access, not a recurring charge; packages do not automatically renew.

Unused time and package expiry

Unused access time is generally not refundable.
Unused daily access windows do not accumulate or roll over.
Access expires according to the duration and schedule accepted at checkout.
There is no automatic refund solely because a customer did not use some or all of the package.

These terms do not waive consumer rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Requesting help or raising a payment concern

For billing questions, suspected duplicate charges, technical issues, or a refund request based on an applicable legal right, contact [email protected] and include the order reference and a description of the issue. Do not email card numbers, security codes, API keys, prompts, or source code.

We review payment disputes using the available order and provider records. Nothing in this policy prevents you from contacting your payment provider or exercising rights available under applicable law.
